Semi-Important Announcement!

It seems that people are still subscribing to this site. Not that this is a bad thing (I mean, I like it), but I'm sure you guys would prefer subscribing to a journal that is updated every once in a while. As I said in a previous entry, I now have a new personal journal that isn't fictional. If you are subscribed to mayor_kenny, check your protected posts and you'll probably see the link to my other journal. Please subscribe to that one; it's better (It even has comics! Yay!!). If you're already subscribed to my new journal, you won't see the link (I can only keep ten people on my protected post list at a time, so I have to keep rotating its roster). Thank you.

Like I said, I have a new journal now. Yay. However, because I'm so shy and stupid and stuff, I'm not gonna post the link to it here. If you're subscribed to this Xanga (Mayor_Kenny), then go check the "protected posts" under your "Sites I Read" page. You'll find the link there. As for the rest of you, I guess you'll have to find out by word of mouth or by exploring the internet. It shouldn't be too hard to find.

Entry Update: Okay, it turns out that I can only allow up to ten members to see a protected post, so not everyone will be able to see it. Sorry... Most of the people not included in those ten are people who I figure wouldn't really care either way. Once you subscribe I will take your name off the list here and put someone else up in your place so more people can see it.

I'll leave comments open in case anyone not on the list wants to know what it is. I don't expect anyone to post, though.

Okay, I guess I'm gonna be getting a new journal. You can still comment on the previous entry if you want, but it isn't quite so necessary because Mister Ryry kind of had the first and final say in this decision, apparently. The new journal will probably be tomorrow. It'll most likely be on Xanga. I'd probably do a Livejournal instead/too, but you need one of those code things and I don't have one.

In response to some of the comments left before, (1) I never intended to update the new journal every day, if that's what you thought, and, (2) yes, Mayor Kenny is just someone I made up. He isn't real.

Important Message(?)

So, as you can see, it's been fifty million years since my last real "Mayor Kenny Rants" update. At this point, I don't think I'm gonna be getting back to it anytime soon. If someday I decide to catch up, though, I will be able to because I've been making blank (save for the literary "quorum" of one or two letters needed to publish an entry), private entries for each day (Monday-Friday), so I can just go back and "edit" the entries with actually Mayor Kenny rants, then make them public. In other words, if I ever start up the Rants again, I'll be able to take it from where I left off back in October, rather than having a huge gap in between entries.
